LIMITED WARRANTY

Thank you for choosing an ARTISAN four wheeled walker.

ARTISAN of CANADA warrants the frame of your steel or aluminum four wheeled walker against defects in materials and workmanship for the LIFE TIME OF THE WALKER TO THE ORIGINAL PURCHASER.

All other distributed components are warranted against defects in materials and workmanship for 90 days from date of purchase. Items considered normal wear and tear (such as tires, tubes, upholstery, cables and handgrips) are NOT covered by the warranty.

ARTISAN of CANADA will repair or replace parts as required, provided that authorization for the return has been given to an authorized Artisan dealer, within the appropriate warranty period. Labour charges and freight charges are not included in the warranty coverage.

Any components damaged by improper installation, neglect, misuse, or abuse or being serviced by other than an Artisan dealer, will not be warranted.

ARTISAN of CANADA'S sole liability extends to repair or replacement of parts or components as previously specified. The foregoing is in lieu of all warranties, expressed, implied, or statutory, whether written or oral.

This warranty is applicable in Canada only.
